Sleep Better. Live Better.
I notice the patterns you might not see in yourself - the habits, thoughts, and worries that keep sleep just out of reach. I help you collect the data, see what’s affecting your rest, and instead of leaving you overwhelmed, I come alongside you to build a plan that actually works.
I’m not magic (or maybe the I am?), but I know how to slow things down long enough to gently challenge the habits or beliefs that keep you stuck. My goal for you isn’t just better sleep - it’s helping you have the whole cake
not just the crumbs.

-
You’re not ready to explore your patterns or consider adjustments to habits that keep you stuck.

You’re seeking therapy only to hear reassurance rather than actively working toward change.

You’re not yet convinced that therapy brings about real transformation.
Hi I'm Kim
she/her
I’m a highly trained couples therapist, but over the years, I kept hearing the same story from my clients: the shame, frustration, and helplessness that comes with insomnia or nightmares. Many felt like they should be able to fix it themselves, or that sleeplessness is just something to accept in our busy world. Some even threw up their hands entirely.
Here’s the truth: insomnia work, just like relationship work, is about helping you have the whole shebang. Great sleep isn’t optional - we need it to think clearly, feel well, and live fully. When your sleep is off, everything else feels harder. That’s why getting expert help matters. My training in CBT‑I and CBT‑N - gold-standard, research-backed approaches - gives me the tools to help you reclaim your rest. I’ve seen these methods change lives.
A bit about me personally: I’m a mom of many, an adoptive mom, a pudding enthusiast, a Corgi wrangler, a lover of soft couches and long books, a vegetable gardener, and a world traveler. I bring that same curiosity, care, and attention to detail to my work with clients - helping you get the sleep, rest, and energy you need to live your best life.
